First the teacher sends us an email with a Google Form link on it. Then go to Gmail and if you click on the link you get taking to a Google Form. On it is WorkShops(wksp for short) (A WorkShop is 30 minute activity. When it's your time to go to the workshop you get your equipment for the workshop. You go down to the mat and that is when you learn about the topic you have chosen). There is a place to put in your name and some topics. The topics for the workshops are Writing, maths, Screencastify, Te Reo, P.E and science. Each one has a time and topic for example, Early level 3 - Writing a blog post. - (Monday 12.30 AM and Wednesday 9:00 AM) Each one has a picture with the teacher that you are doing the workshop on. You click in the boxes to tick them which means you have chosen them.
Once finished filling out the form you go to the homepage of Moana Learning hub( The learning is our moana website). Then you scroll down till you see a clock. There will be text next to it saying "remember to fill in your timetable at the start of each day". Click on it and it will take you to Google Sheets. You would find your name and fill in the empty spaces with your workshops. There is a place for every day of the week except for friday (Friday is not in the timetable because its home room friday which means we stay in our own classroom and do activities chosin by the teachers). You have to fill in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with your workshops and activities. You get the activities from the home page of Moana Learning Hub. Scroll down and you will see a purple page saying links to learning with activities that you can put on your timetable.
When you finish filling it it with activities from the links to learning page put in your reading group(you will find your reading group by the poster in Moana 2 and 3. If your boxes are yellow that means that you have been on the wrong activities at the wrong time. If you have filled in all the boxes you are sorted for the week! Thanks for listening to my presentation! See you in my next post!
Here is a picture of my part of the timetable!

Hi Jacob I like the way you clearly explained your timetable. I agree, I like to be in charge of my learning too. I like the way you've put a lot of detail in it.
